Dark black fruit on the nose, with inky, balsamic and some earthy notes. Fabulous silky texture on the palate with lots of sweet fruits balanced by a fine bitter note on the finish. This is a really different Ribera, with a distinctive character emanating from the very old vines grown on sandy soils in Atauta, a village in the province of Soria.
